Future of Work PR Agency FAQs

What exactly is the future of work, and why does it matter?

The future of work describes the overlapping shifts reshaping how organisations operate - AI integration, hybrid working, changing workforce expectations, new hiring models, and the platforms enabling it all. For communications, it matters because these changes require organisations to explain what's happening clearly and credibly to multiple audiences at once: employees, investors, customers, regulators, and the media.

What types of organisations does PHA’s Future of Work practice work with?

We work across the full landscape: HR tech SaaS companies, recruitment and job platforms, employers navigating workplace transformation, EdTech and L&D providers, employee wellbeing brands, proptech and flexible workspace operators, trade bodies, gig economy platforms, and large organisations managing internal change. If your organisation touches how people work, hire, or lead, we can help.

What makes PHA different to other agencies in this space?

Most agencies handle one slice of the future of work. We connect all of it. PHA's future of work intersection draws on existing expertise across corporate communications, tech PR, ESG, reputation management, wellness, and creative joined up under a single integrated approach.

Do you handle both internal and external communications?

Yes, and the ability to align both is often where the biggest value lies. We work across both, ensuring employees hear the right message at the right time, and that external stakeholders, media, and investors receive a version of that story that's appropriate for them.

How do you measure success for future of work communications?

It depends on the objective, and we always start there. Success might be share of voice, lead generation or domain authority. For employers communicating change, it might be employee survey sentiment or a reduction in attrition. We agree metrics upfront and report against them consistently.

Do you work with organisations outside the UK?

Yes. The future of work is a global conversation, and many of our clients operate across multiple markets. We have experience managing pan-European and transatlantic communications programmes, with offices based in London, Manchester, Leeds, Boston and New York City. For clients needing wider geographic reach, we work with trusted network partners, through our global network to ensure consistent messaging and local media relationships wherever you need them.
