Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) are one of a kind. As the only organisation in the country that focuses solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down’s Syndrome (DS) their work is incredibly important. The problem? They lacked awareness and needed to capture the attention of the mass media. In short, they wanted to claim their rightful place as the leading charity for individuals and families living with DS. We had just 3 months to make it happen. By focusing on the global awareness week for Down’s Syndrome and building long lasting relationships in the media we generated a reach of over 6 million through media coverage alone.
I think we can safely say that this has been the best World Down Syndrome Day and awareness week yet! The activity has been quite incredible on social media not to mention the brilliant media coverage.
