Bink were a new entrant to the retail loyalty market, trying to win over traditional retailers and encourage them to embrace technology to improve their customers’ loyalty experience and increase footfall in-store. We were tasked with educating the market about the future of customer loyalty in the retail space, the decline of plastic card usage and the need for businesses to embrace technology for a more seamless UX.
