The PHA Group was named amongst a select few agencies by the Public Relations Communications Association (PRCA) Gold status after successfully completing their Communications Management Standard (CMS) for the fifth year.
The CMS gold status demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the PRCA code of conduct and self-regulatory framework for high ethical and professional standards.
Commenting on the award, Francis Ingham MPRCA, PRCA Director General, said: “Well done to The PHA Group for achieving a Gold Award in recognition of 5 years of CMS. The Communication Management Standard is an evidenced-based process focused on assessing the fundamentals of professional PR practice covering core areas including leadership, client and campaign management, diversity, HR and strategic business development. During the 5th CMS audit, internal and external communication was reviewed in The PHA Group with excellent evidence provided on how this Agency work hard to create a positive culture during a very challenging period for teams, given COVID 19 restrictions in 2020/2021. Congratulations to The PHA Group and their team.”
The PRCA CMS combines elements of ISO9001 and Investors in People with criteria specific to a PR and communications consultancy. The process requires an agency to provide proof of a well-run business with all the correct systems and structures in place. It allows agencies to demonstrate to both employees and clients they have a real commitment to development, delivery, and a true commitment to excellence.
Group Managing Director of The PHA Group Stuart Skinner, said: “Being awarded Gold status demonstrates to our clients the commitment we have to maintain industry standards and allows them to know their reputation is in safe hands at PHA.”
Group Managing Director of The PHA Group Shelley Frosdick, said: “We have worked exceptionally hard over the last year to maintain the excellent standards we deliver to all of our clients, and to nurture the outstanding culture we have with our employees at PHA.”
For most companies working with professional service providers, holding suitable accreditation from a relevant industry association is among the minimum criteria for terms of engagement.
