With such varied content and multiple messages going out each week, a hard-working community management strategy is vital for engaging with Young Enterprise alumni, volunteers and staff, as well as key audience groups such as corporate partners, parents and teachers. Through regular checks of comments, tags and mentions, we ensure everything relevant being shared on social media is celebrated and highlighted, and this thorough community management process also allows us to source even more content for the channels.
Through our social strategy, we’ve seen a huge increase in performance – more than doubling monthly impressions, engagements and follower growth. We’ve found a successful balance of giving Young Enterprise’s target audiences what we know they want to see, as well as sharing content that highlights and celebrates the brilliant work that Young Enterprise does for young people in the UK.
