Building brand awareness and encouraging social engagement through the amplification of in-house video content on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

Pindrop Hearing is a private audiology clinic with a flagship clinic based on Harley Street, as well as clinics in North and South West London. They offer specialist treatment in hearing aids, hearing tests, paediatric services as well as custom ear protection and much more.

We were tasked with elevating their social presence by building brand awareness, driving engagement and positioning Pindrop Hearing as industry leaders within the audiology healthcare space.

Standing out on social media amongst competitors in the healthcare sector can be a challenge, but with a dedicated video-first strategy using content shot by the PHA team in the clinic, we have been able to optimise Pindrop Hearing’s social channels on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Our strategy consisted of regular content capture days at the Pindrop Hearing clinic on Harley Street, where we shot videos across a variety themes. Each video was tailored and optimised towards each specific social channel, taking into consideration formats and relevant topics for each platform’s audience.

The videos focussed heavily on educational posts, posts that highlighted the expertise in the clinic through audiologist spotlights, as well as trending topics in the ear health space such as ear wax removal and paediatric audiology content.

The content posted across the three channels performed strongly and we saw a significant uplift in metrics across each channel, compared to the previous period.

On LinkedIn alone we’ve grown the channel’s followers by 181% and video views on the channel have seen a huge uplift, with a 1156% increase over the three months from January to March 2024.
