The PHA Group has appointed Paul McCaffrey to a newly created leadership role. McCaffrey joins as Executive Vice President, Integrated Campaigns, with the remit to grow the agency’s portfolio of integrated communications work with both new and existing clients.
At the same time, PHA has unveiled a new agency proposition and brand identity that brings its earned-first integrated communications offer to life.
McCaffrey will be able to draw on PHA’s broad practice and sector expertise, deep specialisms across earned, social, digital and paid media, and a full suite of strategy & creative services, to dynamically solve for any client opportunity or challenges and deliver campaigns that generate impact at every step of the customer journey from awareness through to conversion.
PHA builds, grows and protects brands & reputations for a roster of dynamic consumer, corporate, b2b, technology and health clients in the UK and internationally.
McCaffrey has over 25 years’ PR experience. He previously served as Head of Campaigns at SEC Newgate, and has held other senior positions including Managing Director of Publicasity and Global Consumer Chair at the PROI. He has worked on wide range of award-winning campaigns for the likes of Coca-Cola, Morrisons, TK Maxx and Sony.
McCaffrey – who has already been involved in numerous pitches – will report into George Coleman, CEO, and sit on the agency’s Executive Committee (ExCo).
