ORDO appoints The PHA Group

We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by oral care brand ORDO.

Our brief will aim to increase the challenger brand’s share of voice and build a greater understanding of its brand mission: to make high-quality oral care accessible for all.

The account will be led by our Northern team, who will run a strategic press office function and deliver a purpose-driven campaign to raise ORDO’s profile in a category that has historically been dominated by global giants.

Founded in the UK, ORDO was recently ranked 27th in The Sunday Times 100: Britain’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies 2025. The Manchester-based healthcare brand is shaking up the sector with a range of innovative, affordable oral care products for adults and children that are designed to meet a wide variety of individual needs and circumstances.

Now stocked in every major UK grocer and sold in over 30,000 stores worldwide, ORDO’s PR activity will support the brand’s ambitious growth plans at home and internationally.

Barty Walsh, co-founder of ORDO, said: “We’ve always believed everyone deserves access to premium oral care without the premium price tag and have invested a lot of energy into value engineering our range to provide great products at a very competitive price. We feel we have such a strong story to tell when it comes to the mission behind our brand and wanted to seek out an agency who understood our mission in disrupting the category. The PHA Group stood out with their challenger thinking and clear strategy for helping us cut through the noise — we’re looking forward to what we can achieve together.”

Katy Meehan, senior account director at PHA North, added: “ORDO is a Manchester based business making waves in a sector that’s been monopolised by the same names for decades. Their mission to make great oral care simple and accessible to the masses really resonated with us and their ambition for the company is truly inspiring. We’re excited to help bring that message to life with some exciting activity over the coming months.”
