Driving awareness for Snag to support its Founder, Brie Read's vision of providing tights that fit

Everyone who has ever worn tights knows the tights dance. It’s a wiggle, a jump and a tug to get your tights into place. And repeat, all day.

When the Founder of Snag, Brie Read, felt her tights begin to sag and roll down as she walked up Edinburgh’s George Street, it was the lightbulb moment behind a multimillion-pound business.

After speaking to friends and family, and conducting her own consumer and market research, Brie realised that there was a gap in the market for a size-inclusive hosiery brand that would provide tights that fit properly to as many people as possible, regardless of size, height, shape or disability.

When Snag launched, it was almost an overnight success and our team was brought on board to share this incredible story with the media and to position the brand and Brie as champions of size-inclusivity within the retail industry.

Our ongoing strategy focuses on sharing Brie Read’s incredible personal story with key national, retail trade and consumer titles as well as with her local Scottish media titles. Through interview placement, thought leadership and expert commentary we work to showcase Snag’s size inclusive and body positive credentials to set them apart from other fashion businesses.

To further highlight Snag’s inspiring business success, another significant element of our ongoing strategy for the brand is to collate and submit award entries for relevant marketing, customer experience, social media, and business awards.

Campaign activation is a key part of our scope of work and we have supported the brand’s 1st Birthday party which invited their customers, media, and influencer to join the brand for an evening of themed celebrations. And most recently we have collaborated with Snag to develop and implement the ‘Snag Queens’ campaign – a social media-driven competition which invited people across the world to compete to become the brand’s first-ever global ambassador and ‘Snag Queen’.
