Positioning Elleven Dental as the ultimate destination for excellence in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic work in London

Elleven Dental wanted a PR campaign that would build their name and credibility as one of the industry’s leading cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic practices in the UK with a full-service press office at the heart of the campaign.

Housed just off Harley Street in London, Elleven faced stiff competition for both London based patients and those travelling to London from other parts of the UK for treatment.

To raise their brand profile across the media and attract potential patients to the practice we launched a sustained proactive press office campaign, with a number of PR tactics in order to generate regular and impactful media coverage. A key element of our campaign was building strong relationships with top tier beauty and lifestyle press – organising regular press visits to secure ongoing, positive treatment reviews within target media titles.

Working alongside Elleven’s Founder, Dr Sameer Patel, we compiled regular newsworthy top tips and features to provide press with expert content and we responded to breaking news stories to offer Sameer’s expert insight on topical issues.

We also worked with TV production companies to generate a buzz around the practice and raise awareness of its luxury surroundings including several appearances on Made in Chelsea.

The final element of our campaign was to work closely with talent agents to arrange for high-profile celebrities to become clients and endorse the practice.
