Securing mainstream media coverage to illustrate the benefits of Doctorlink’s digital triage tools

To make Doctorlink’s groundbreaking solution to the NHS’ pressures available to more GPs and their patients, it was essential to grow their media profile and secure increased share-of-voice.

Our role has been to boost their visibility in key national news, health and business segments, and ensure they were a part of the media conversation when it came to digital GP services.

Our proactive press office combined company news and data stories with expert commentary, thought leadership articles and 1-1s with CEO Rupert Spiegelberg. Working with GP spokespeople who had hands-on experience of using the platform, we also showcase the benefits of digital triage from a clinician’s perspective.

Our press office secured 95 items of coverage in the first six months – and still counting! Two-thirds of coverage landed in top-tier targets, including sixty items in national news titles. Articles included key targets for the company such as City AM, Telegraph, Sky, Metro, Independent and Mail Online.
