Providing strategic counsel and dealing directly with the media on all issues relating to Premier League Football Club, Crystal Palace.

We have handled Crystal Palace’s external communications since 2014, working directly with chairman Steve Parish, who had saved the Club from the brink of liquidation four years earlier.

The Club has established itself as one of the Premier League’s leading Clubs with an unbroken decade in the topflight and is also known for its strong roots in the south London community. Under the banner ‘South London and Proud’, Crystal Palace has earned plaudits for its transformational community work, its commitment to local talent and the unique atmosphere its supporters generate at Selhurst Park.

We provide strategic counsel and deal directly with the media on all issues relating to the Club, operating as an extension to the in-house communications and content teams. As the Club’s reputation has grown, we have worked on a wide range of exciting communications campaigns including:

The development of the new £30m Crystal Palace Academy, a world-class facility opened by England manager Gareth Southgate in 2021.

The Main Stand redevelopment project, which received planning permission in 2022, with its showpiece design paying homage to the original iconic Crystal Palace.

Covid community initiatives, including an NHS partnership, and the chairman’s leadership on Project Restart, which allowed Premier League football to resume safely.

The rebranding of the Club crest from 1905 to 1861, revealing the story of the Club’s unbroken link to the Victorian amateur team and its founding role in the FA.

Significant new investment into the Club in 2015 and 2021, with a new ownership structure and the financial clout to fund vital infrastructure projects.

The successful Amazon documentary series When Eagles Dare, telling the story of the Club’s fight for survival and return to the Premier League, and Channel 4’s Football Dreams: The Academy, featuring the talent of the future.

Crystal Palace is widely regarded as an authentic, down-to-earth Club that has stayed true to its identity and provided leadership on wider footballing issues. We are proud to have helped to tell the Club’s story during the most successful period in its history.
