When AIM-listed Burford Capital, the world’s largest litigation finance company, first began working with The PHA Group, they were on a journey to evolve commercial litigation finance. With permanent, immediately available capital, a highly experienced team and an innovative structure they had a clear advantage in the market place. The company needed to communicate both with potential investors and audiences within the legal and corporate sectors. We set out to challenge perceptions surrounding single case funding (the traditional model of litigation finance) and engage with and educate their target audiences. Our campaign has been instrumental in telling the story of more complicated forms of litigation finance, building key relationships with the media and supporting Burford in their growth.
