Press shows & launches
Press shows and events are a brilliant way to build brand awareness and relationships with the media, giving the opportunity to educate on USPs and drive earned media coverage. Events serve to immerse the media within a brand or a specific campaign, providing them with firsthand experience and knowledge of your product or service, giving them a chance to really get under the skin of the business and unearth the story.
We have activated countless media events for our clients and our team has an extensive supplier contact book and the right know-how to ensure that each and every one is as successful as the last. Our approach not only includes creating a visually stunning backdrop to the event that ties in perfectly with each brand’s unique identity, but it also covers ensuring that all the right people are in attendance by creating truly unmissable experiences.
Brand trips & experiences
This type of event centres on sourcing a relevant location that key journalists and influencers genuinely want to visit, and then whilst there the trip should provide them with a completely immersive, extended brand experience meaning they never want to leave.
To activate an event like this successfully, the experience needs to be exclusive and completely targeted to the individuals attending. For example, when working with premium watch brand Christopher Ward, the brand wanted to educate consumer journalists on their horological excellence to reach new audiences, and so we invited relevant media to join the brand for an overnight trip to their atelier in Biel, Switzerland. This unique experience gave the journalists unique content (visual and written), access to key spokespeople and the chance to truly immerse themselves in the brand.
Pop-ups & roadshows
Consumer-facing pop-ups and roadshows take brand engagement beyond just media and involve the consumer too. These types of events not only provide direct-to-consumer engagement and sampling opportunities, but they also help brands to grab the headlines through listings, what’s on slots and visual picture stories.
Our team knows how to get creative when planning pop-ups and brand roadshows to ensure footfall and engagement is high. When challenged to reach new, younger, audiences for Ninja we created the Ninja Fast Foodi pop-up in Boxpark which demonstrated how to recreate popular fast-food recipes at home.
Consumers love to try before they buy, and so sampling is often a solid option for many product-led brands. We know how to create effective sampling strategies that drive ROI. When launching the free-from and vegan chocolate brand NOMO, we partnered with the Vegan Camp Out event to sample to their attendees getting the product directly into the hands of relevant audiences. Beyond partnerships at existing events, sampling activity can also be tailored specifically to a brand through a small-scale solo pop-up too.
Media hubs & on-site support
Amplifying existing events to generate as much ROI as possible is also something we can support brands with. This includes operating on site media hubs to manage media attendees, generating live media updates and press releases and overseeing the creation of media collateral with video and photography teams.
