We are delighted to announce that our award-winning Sport team will be working with Red Bull Media House to deliver the global comms strategy for Red Bull Street Style 2021 after winning a competitive pitch.
Red Bull Street Style is the official Freestyle Football World Championship, and is run by the World Freestyle Football Association (WFFA) with Red Bull as the title partner. It sees competitors from all over the world battle it out across a series of stages, with one male and one female World Champion being crowned at the Finals.
Following a fully online version of the competition in 2020 this year’s tournament will be a mixture of online and offline elements, with the offline World Final scheduled to take place in Spain in November.
We will be delivering a global press office strategy, as well as contributing a series of creative elements to deliver earned media for the tournament.
Group Managing Director, Shelley Frosdick said; “We are absolutely thrilled to be working with the Red Bull team. The accessibility, inclusivity and diversity inherent within the freestyle football community makes this a particularly exciting brief, with both males and females entering the tournament from all four corners of the globe. These freestylers are immensely talented, and we are really looking forward to helping to showcase that talent, as well as the exciting tournament format, to a wider audience.”
