Senior Paid Social Executive
Who are we?
We are PHA, a leading integrated comms agency with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, and Wokingham. Founded in a small office off of Carnaby Street in 2005 by our Chairman and former newspaper editor Phil Hall, we have evolved to offer public relations, creative activations, social media, and digital marketing services to our enviable client roster. We are now looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Senior Executive to join our growing Paid Social team. You can expect to support clients including across food and drink, sport and fitness, travel/hospitality and healthcare, and will need at least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role with transferable skills.

What will you do?
All of our roles, from Junior Account Executive to Divisional Managing Director, work to the same five core responsibilities, with specific competencies appropriate to the level detailed under each. This gives clarity to all employees regarding what is expected of them, and a clear vision for career progression.
Client responsibilities
- Support the Paid Social team and their array of clients, across B2B and B2C sectors
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of full funnel paid social campaigns, including campaign set up, optimisation, and reporting.
- Feed into strategy development and creative testing plans to improve client performance on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting clients with paid social tracking.
- Supporting with ad copy writing and creative ideation backed up by paid best practice, when needed.
- Work with other team members to proactively ensure client-facing documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ownership of clients calls on account activity, prepare agendas, and accurately document and circulate actions.
- Build a strong relationship with clients, becoming a trusted day to day point of contact, providing regular activity updates.
Growth
- Support the team with new business campaigns by suggesting potential brands and businesses who may need Paid Social support, working closely with Sales & Marketing alongside other senior members of your division, and assisting with proposals and content creation to support S&M campaigns.
People management
- Demonstrate consistent and effective upward management to Account Managers, sharing successes and flagging issues/challenges at the earliest opportunity, whilst also starting to identify and suggest possible solutions.
- Provide ad hoc support and guidance to junior colleagues across accounts, helping them to develop core Paid Social skills.
Industry knowledge
- Develop your network of key figures relevant to your sector to provide opportunities for your clients.
- Use your knowledge of industries relevant to your clients and research skills to contribute to planning and campaign strategies.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of paid social channels and updates.
Agency responsibilities
- Participate in agencywide activities and initiatives to build relationships with colleagues to include All Staff training, social events, and internal seminars relevant to level.
- Regularly attend role-specific training organised through the PHAcademy
