We’re delighted to announce that we have been appointed by the esteemed audiology practice, Pindrop Hearing.
The current healthcare landscape in the UK has created an increase in demand for private audiology services – with ear wax removal identified as a key trending service. This has led to an increase in the number of private clinics providing unregulated ear wax removal services.
Patients are not getting a comprehensive look at their wider ear health; and underlying or related audiology issues beyond ear wax removal are being overlooked. When it comes to hearing aids, people are overwhelmed with choice and associated costs – which, considering hearing loss affects over 11 million people in the UK, is highly concerning.
The public are hungry for a trusted name in audiology to cut through the noise and educate them on the facts. As one of the UK’s premier independent audiology practices, Pindrop Hearing is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered audiology services – which includes hearing aid fittings, ear wax removal, tinnitus rehabilitation, diagnostic audiology and hearing tests.
To help raise awareness of the vital work Pindrop Hearing are doing, we will be implementing a targeted, integrated PR and social media campaign which raises awareness of Pindrop Hearing’s services to its key audiences – encompassing young people at risk of hearing loss; people at risk of age-related hearing conditions; parents seeking paediatric audiology services; and GPs that can refer patients to Pindrop Hearing.
Our campaign strategy will work to educate the UK public on the services provided by Pindrop Hearing, whilst highlighting the practice’s audiologists as industry leaders – driving more patients to the website and four clinic locations in Chelsea, Winchmore Hill and Spire Bushey Hospital – along with the practice’s HQ located on London’s renowned Harley Street.
Our dedicated Healthcare division will lead on UK media communications for the campaign, implementing a hard-hitting ‘always on’ media engagement programme across both consumer and trade sectors to reflect the practice’s target demographics – driving educational and empowering media coverage for the practice across popular print, online and broadcast outlets.
Simultaneously, our specialist Social media division will be working to build social share of voice and generate brand awareness by growing the practice’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels; driving engagement through quality content that builds trust, authenticity, and advocacy amongst key audiences; and asserting thought leadership through utilising the Pindrop Hearing’s impressive suite of Clinical Audiologists with a video-first approach.
Pindrop Hearing appointed us to be its chosen agency partner due to our successful track record of working with healthcare brands, particularly in the independent clinic space, and, as well as its ability to offer an integrated campaign with experts all under one roof.
Dr Rony Ganguly, Doctor of Audiology and Clinical Director at Pindrop Hearing commented: “Pindrop Hearing are excited to be working with The PHA Group over the next year, and I look forward to seeing their targeted PR and social media strategies in action. Holly Scanlan, Senior Healthcare Account Manager for Pindrop Hearing at The PHA Group, said: “In the UK’s ever-changing healthcare landscape, it’s easy for consumers to get lost in a sea of misinformation and sub-par services. Pindrop Hearing’s commitment to compassionate, patient-led audiology means they are perfectly placed to educate consumers, particularly those living with hearing loss.
The PHA Group are thrilled to be spreading the word about Pindrop Hearing’s fantastic services through impactful media coverage over the next year – empowering more people to visit one of the Pindrop Hearing practices to get the expert care they need for their ears, so they can live life to the fullest.”
Joe Toal, Senior Social Account Director for Pindrop Hearing at The PHA Group, commented: “We are delighted to be chosen as Pindrop Hearing’s agency partner, helping to elevate Pindrop Hearing’s social media presence through an impactful organic social media strategy. Now, more than ever, it’s crucial that there is credible expert-led advice available to audiences via social media.
By combining our vast healthcare industry experience and tried-and-true campaign tactics with Pindrop’s unrivalled knowledge and approach to hearing services, feel confident that we will be able to deliver some truly great results for the practice across their key social channels – and in turn, put Pindrop on the radar of more consumers that can benefit from their services.”
