Announcing PHA’s Mini-Allotment Competition

As part of The PHA Group’s ongoing pledge to be more sustainable, we are excited to announce the launch of our first ever mini-allotment competition!

This campaign is part of our wider company goal to improve our sustainability and ultimately achieve B Corp status. Certified B Corporations are those that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. They accelerate a global culture shift to redefine success in business and work towards a more inclusive and sustainable economy.

The mini-allotment competition which will run over the next six weeks will give employees an opportunity to help turn our London-based balconies into calming nature heavens.

We are challenging teams across the agency to grow a choice of seeds, herbs, and vegetables with the esteemed prize and opportunity to be named and awarded ‘best in show’ by chief judges (Group Managing Directors) Shelley Frosdick and Stuart Skinner at the end of the competition.

The team awarded ‘best in show’ will be gifted a prize to celebrate an evening out with their team and of course the opportunity to enjoy the goods they have grown over the last six weeks.

We look forward to keeping you updated with how we progress and stay tuned for more photo evidence!

The competition gets underway at Hammer House…
