Our culture

Great people and culture don’t happen by chance and putting our employees at the heart of our culture means that we can always be sure that they have a voice. Our culture teams cover a breadth of areas from socialising to CSR, wellbeing to sustainability, and diversity and inclusion, and work to deliver activities and strategies that help to maintain and enhance the culture we are so proud of.

Wellness

Our Wellness team support our employees to look after their mental, physical, and financial health. They deliver year-round initiatives to keep our workforce happy and healthy, always on the lookout for ways to improve our wellbeing in and outside of work.

Training

The PHAcademy is an extensive training programme for employees at all levels. It includes sessions run by senior employees, external training providers, and industry specialists. We offer a fortnightly Training Hour solely dedicated to training and self-learning for all staff.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Our ED&I committee is dedicated to building and celebrating a workforce that reflects the society we live in, both in policy and practice.

Sport & social

Our Sport & Social team keep us moving and socialising. From Christmas parties to our monthly company awards, football teams and rounders matches, they organise various ways for us to socialise and keep fit with colleagues.

Charity

Our Charity team helps us to help others. From managing our annual Charity of the Year partnership, to organisating volunteering opportunities, they arrange activities to support and fundraise for those more in need than us.

Environment & sustainability

Our Office Environment & Sustainability team is leading our journey towards a greener working environment. Achieving B-Corp accreditation is their number one objective, alongside creating a comfortable and engaging office space for all.
