Overview

Morgan’s Dairy asked PHA to overhaul their website and produce marketing assets for the company. The brief was to design a website that could enhance their digital presence and allow for a bespoke online ordering system.

Approach

The team worked closely with Morgan’s Dairy to update their asset library for the new website as well as additional marketing material. Micro-interactions were also added to grab the attention of users and improve the overall experience. This then provided triggers to help move the user through the site to the product and delivery pages. The journey on the mobile site followed a similar format where the navigation was simplified, adding in shortcut buttons to the order and contact pages.

Technology

Morgan’s Dairy site uses the latest WordPress, eCommerce and responsive technologies. Placing an order is made easy for both desktop and mobile. The client has full control of the menu and stock items via the CMS and receives live notifications. We included an additional feature that also allowed customers to retain their order list, even when they close the browser window.
