About the role

We are currently looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our growing Technology & Innovation team, which is part of our Enterprise Division. T&I has grown rapidly over the last few years thanks to its talented and motivated people who strive to deliver impressive coverage while enjoying a work/life balance to rival any in the industry.

Our growing portfolio of exciting clients ranges from globally recognised consumer apps and gadgets to start-up disruptors at the cutting edge of their sectors. We speak every week with the leaders behind these businesses to build their brand’s profiles as well as their own. Team members at every level are client-facing and encouraged to come up with ideas to add value.

The ideal candidate will primarily have at least 6 months’ experience working with B2B and B2C technology brands, and will have a broad knowledge of tech trends, as well as be able to identify PR opportunities within these spaces.

Role responsibilities

  • Delivery of high-quality coverage for accounts
  • Proactively build personal relationships with journalists and influencers (where relevant) by attending regular desk visits/coffees/and networking with media and influencers
  • Developing and maintaining good media and news awareness and being proactive in flagging relevant details to the team
  • Preparation of press material, selling into media and assisting with client reporting
  • Show an understanding of how to write content in clients’ voice
  • Communicate regularly to ensure all team members are updated clearly on progress, workload, escalation of issues that arise and results

Hours: Hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4pm on Friday.
