Five top Leeds property businesses

It’s no secret that the last 18 months have been a turbulent time for the UK property market. And although the start of the pandemic saw city residents flocking to the countryside for more space, the latest reports are showing a mass exodus back to city living across the UK.

The latest data from Zoopla’s UK House Price Index Report shows that Leeds property prices are soaring, with Leeds homeowners earning an average of £11,500 in profit over the past 12 months. As Leeds sits in one of the most in-demand property markets in the UK, average house prices in the area have risen by 7.6 per cent in the past 12 months.

With the levelling up agenda aimed squarely at increasing investment and opportunities in the Northern region, this trend isn’t set to change anytime soon and there are a number of innovative property businesses capitalising on this shift in the city and its surrounding areas.

Here we highlight five of the leading property businesses with exciting plans in and around Leeds.
