About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with predominantly B2B experience to join our growing Social Media team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ social media experience in either an agency or in-house environment, with excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills, a good knowledge of content creation for social, paid social strategy, specifically on LinkedIn, and reporting and analysis.

What you will be doing

Supporting the Social team across a range of clients, mainly in the corporate sectors, although some consumer experience is preferred

  • Responsible for content plan creation (asset and copy) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Content creation to include long-form articles for personal LinkedIn profiles, websites, and blogs
  • Updating the relevant channels, including live posting and Instagram stories, and scheduling posts using Buffer
  • Supporting social media executives on the community management of clients’ social media channels
  • Setting up and ongoing management of paid campaigns across LinkedIn (priority channel) Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Regularly delivering high performing content, traffic to website, and follower growth
  • Developing strong relationships with the team and clients
  • Daily social listening and channel monitoring for clients and related engagement with client audiences
  • Assisting with the drafting of new business proposals
  • Assisting with client reports, channel analysis and competitor analysis (must be experienced with native channel insights)
  • Supporting the design team on social asset creation when needed (Photoshop and/or Canva skills preferred)
  • Blog writing for The PHA Group

Hours: Hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4pm on Friday.
