Coachella is considered one of the best festivals in the world, with hundreds of celebrities flocking to the event each year to enjoy a weekend of music, alcohol and sun. The fashion stakes are always incredibly high with everyone interpreting festival fashion in their own unique way and so we’ve decided to check out some of the best dressed at Coachella 2012.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed off her wonderfully long legs in a pair of denim hot pants with floral embellishments from Christopher Kane’s collaboration with J Brand. Paired with a flowing white blouse and some heeled ankle boots she looked head to toe festival chic.

Katy Perry wore a see-through floral chiffon dress with a black bra and high waisted knicker hotpants underneath. With her newly dyed dark purple hair styled with some gentle curls and a flower garland placed gently on top she looked every inch the festival princess.

Paris Hilton swapped her usual immaculate designer wardrobe for a boho look with blue and pink extensions in her hair, a white bejewelled bandeau which showed off her toned midriff and a long flowing striped skirt she embraced festival fashion like a true pro.

And finally with tribal face paint and accessories including a feather headdress, a dog tooth necklace and an arm cuff Vanessa Hudgens was clearly opting for an Indian theme and appeared to dress as Tiger Lily from Peter Pan.
